Sexual intercourse with someone that you love involves deep feelings of emotional and physical closeness that can never be experienced during masturbation and there really is nothing to compare with the "real thing" . However the orgasm which can be achieved through masturbation is just as intense (some would say even more intense) as that which happens when having sex and masturbation can provide the relief to sexual tension which builds up either when sex is not an option (as in your case) or as an additional relief when in a normal sexual relationship. When you are older and start having sexual relationships you will find out the difference for yourself, but for the time being just enjoy your masturbation and be patient.

Not the same. The pleasure is very different. And the real thing combines many types of pleasure.. including emotional pleasure..and the satisfaction of being with another person vs. just the pleasure of orgasm.
BUT... you CAN achieve just as intense of an orgasm, if not more intense (esp true for females) through masturbation.. just because you know exactly what feels best to you.

Masturbation and what you call "the real thing" are completely different experiences. Many of the physical sensations are the same, but one isn't better than the other since both of them are very real experiences.
