Length-wise, when erect, my penis is about 5 Inches, then again I was in a cold room. Flaccid, it's about 3.5 inches. is this normal, small, or large? I'm 19, any possibility it may grow? Do I have micro-penis? or am I over-reacting?

Lol! Every guy that just posted their penis size is lying, I can assure you. You're perfectly normal. Average is around 5-6 inches, and since you were in a cold room, there's a chance that you're bigger than 5 inches. Don't worry about it, you're as normal as you can be. As long as you can get an erection and ejaculate, you should be able to have sex with no problems whatsoever. Yes, there is a possibility that you might grow another inch. You're kinda over reacting man.
Look bro here's the thing. Some women like big guys because they like the feeling of being stretched and full. You've got some girth to you so what you lack in length you make up for in that area but basically here's the thing
If you can get a girl off with your finger which most deffinately isn't twelve inches long, then guess what you can get her off with a small penis as well. For most women the so called g-spot is only about to to three inches in, the clit is right ontop....common man use you're imagination.
