Maybe of low blood sugar. If you feel this way drink a glass of orange juice. Plus symptoms just dont come out of no where. There aren't really any symptoms of diabetes. its either symptoms of hyperglycemia or something else

And sorry but If your borderline diabetic i say put down the Twinkies and lose weight now. My brother was borderline and reversed it by losing weight and cutting down on junk. Especially high carb foods because carbs turn into sugar.

You can have diabetes without any symptoms at all in the beginning. If you think there is a chance you may have it, ask you doctor to test for blood sugar.

could be, your symptoms sound like diabetic neuropathy. to find out if you are diabetic, the doctor must run a test called an A1C, this will give a definite diagnosis. Get the doctor to refer you to a nutritionist so you can learn to control your blood sugar with diet before it is too late.

Not really. You would probably pass out or something. My brother has had it for years now. It's a terrible thing to have. I hope you don't get it. Good luck!!!
