if my boyfriend was to "fracture" his penis other than the pain could a hard nodule form under the skin ? could it be possible to have a partial fracture? he can still have sex in certain postions but in other postions he has pain !?

I am 21 years old and I am noticing that my hair line is receding and I can see my scalp more and more. I've always had long hair so the fact that I am losing it (thank you genetics) is very depressing. I've looked into this shaving head thing because I honestly do not have the money for hair transplant and meds, that money is going towards college and all. I just want to know if I will look ok with a shaved head. My fear is that after I do it, it will look horrible. So some honest opinions please, thanks. Well, last night a few friends and my boyfriend were not exactly what you would call sober in any sense of the word.

Near the end of the night (or so I assume, nobody can really remember that clearly) an old ex of his got angry at him. In the end she ended up well, grabbing his crotch and stumbling right before a few of my friends were going to get her away from him. They got her away all right, but she sure didn't let go. While I guess we got lucky in that nothing actually seperated, but you could say the bag got ripped enough for a few things to come out.

Now, I know the logical thing is to go to the doctor. Thing is, not only does he not have insurance he also can't risk any drug tests or whatnot, and I can't imagine them not testing him all things considered. Let's just say, well, it is and will be quite obvious for a bit.

I can do semi-decent stitches and I guess I will have to, but I'm not sure what and where I should disinfect - inside or out or both if you know what I mean.
