Depends how squashed they have become. Otherwise just rub with towel and warm water. Do take care of your precious family jewels. If happens too often a sports protective guard may help.Alternatively if it happens too often and they become a nuisance, the last resort is really to consider a re-location to a higher spot, through surgery.

Ya know. ya joke, but this can happen. I pinched the boys under a toilet seat ( the ones that arent a complete oval, but rather have an empty space at the front center). Was not a pleasant feeling.

How's that possible ? Or, did you sit down hard on a pole between your legs or something ? Anyway, if it hurts badly and continues to do so then go see one, if not let it be. Take care next time, they're very important you see.

Give them support and take painreliever medicines. Ibuprofen will be good. If you have severe pain, you must go to the doc.
Good luck!
