Somewhat embaressing but important...?

Well, last night a few friends and my boyfriend were not exactly what you would call sober in any sense of the word.

Near the end of the night (or so I assume, nobody can really remember that clearly) an old ex of his got angry at him. In the end she ended up well, grabbing his crotch and stumbling right before a few of my friends were going to get her away from him. They got her away all right, but she sure didn't let go. While I guess we got lucky in that nothing actually seperated, but you could say the bag got ripped enough for a few things to come out.

Now, I know the logical thing is to go to the doctor. Thing is, not only does he not have insurance he also can't risk any drug tests or whatnot, and I can't imagine them not testing him all things considered. Let's just say, well, it is and will be quite obvious for a bit.

I can do semi-decent stitches and I guess I will have to, but I'm not sure what and where I should disinfect - inside or out or both if you know what I mean.

Get him to a doctor if he ever wants the chance to have kids! Go to a free clinic. Just get him to a doctor! You can not do this yourself because something could be seriously damaged which would mean he would just have to go later and suffer more. I doubt they test for drugs and even if they do its better to suffer some of the consequences now rather than him suffering the rest of his life.

If your bf goes to the emergency room he will not be drug tested. DO NOT attempt to give him stitches. You can get in big trouble if something goes wrong. He needs to see a doctor and consider the expense later or he could face serious complications.

I do not beleieve you are telling a true story. However if you are this person needs medical attention. It especially has to do wit preventing infection and there will be serious infection. Also the auto immune respoinse to such an event it self can be life threatening.

GO see an emergency room.

i think you must be one dumb sob, but then we have all done some really dumb stuff, clean the area with peroxide and get some butterfly closures at the pharmacy, this might not even do it, also, in some areas where stitches are not possible they are using invisible stitch, which is nothing more than superglue, but be very very careful , put some on it and fold the good skin over, use something to hold the skin in place, ilike the butterfly bandaid...good luck.....

Sorry but the best thing he can do is go to the doctor or hospital. He stands to lose the family jewels totally if it gets infected and that's not a good thing.

omg no dont do it yourself just go to the hospital, if hes old enought they will not call the parents and the drug test will not matter. yes he willpay a lot but if it gets infected it will be worse then it is now.

You can kill him if you don't know what you are doing. Tell him to call a clinic and see if they will take him for nothing. Call around for him. Don't let this part of the body get infected it could kill him.
