I have a ball on the right side of my V area by the penis. Not like big but big enough to feel and notice its a ball and its very sensitve. It also hurts to masterbate sometimes in the same area. What could this be.

in addition to the other answers it may also be a swollen lymphnode. there are a bunch of them right there

Sounds like a hernia, and it's in the place common for them. Suggest you see your doctor.

Its a hernia...you have to go get it fixed.....or it will get worst....and hurt a lot more...
