NO AND DO NOT TRY!! Your testicles are attached and are where they are supposed to be. If you force them to twist around, the tubes that connect them to your abdomen can become tangled, resulting in blue-balls, a very painful condition that requires surgery. Playing around with your testicles is fine, but if you try to force them to switch places, you may be in for a nasty surprise.
