maybe im just too old for the pc. im 78 but in good shape. is there a classic way to sit or posture myself ?

first, make sure your monitor sits so that your eyes are level with the middle of the screen. Most people set them too low, which makes you slump down to watch. Second, make sure your chair is set so that your feet are flat on the floor, with very little pressure on the back of your legs. Then, place apillow behind youe lower back, this forces you to sit straighter, releiving your upper back. Hope that helps

I agree with Randy. Make sure you have a good chair and an other alturnitve to the pillow is a Lumbar support pillow. It is contured to fit the curves of the spine. Good luck.
