What might be the cause if you get no energy, tired, diarrhea, white tongue, afraid of cold, cant focus, swollen nuts, and tired eyes after ejaculation ? It takes 1 week to recover with taking Vitamins. Whats the problem ? Who should i go see?

sounds like Fatigue. You might want to consider doing a detox, total body or the certain organ @ a time.

You have a lot of potentially serious symptoms there so I would suggest that you see your doctor right away. If you don't have a doctor or health insurance look for a low cost or free clinic in your area. There are many conditions that could cause one or all of these symptoms so it is really impossible to say what might be wrong. Your doctor or physician extender will be able to give you the answers and also treatment. You will feel much better when you know what wrong and start treatment.

dehydration, drink lots of water (8 glasses a day to be exact *2 litres* ) that's how much we should be drinking for most people anyway.
Afraid of cold??? What like a Phobea; I think that's a different question all together.
Dehydration makes you feel very tired, you lose concentration, your tongue goes discoloured often white or pale, eyes feel heavy or sting, often feel very hungry when actually need a drink, lack of energy. Although I'm not sure about Diarrhea but Dehydration does effect everything so I would't be surprised.
Go to the doctor and drink more liquids (not tea or coffee or fizzy drinks, water and fruit juices can be counted)

That sounds bad...you should see a doctor...or it might just all be in your mind. One thing that might help is learning how to have orgasms without ejaculating, therefore keeping your "essence". Mistermanpower.com has a guide explaining how, its great
