My boyfriend has had pains in his lower left abdomen and left testicle off and on for more than a year and a half, a few days ago, he said it started again, and now it is just constant pain and he can barely move . What could this be?

I was married to my high school sweetheart for 30 yrs. he passed away in 2000, I got into a relationship with a friend that I knew from High School about a yr, & a half after my husband's passing. we lived together for over 5 yrs but the relationship turned sour and I left. now I'm scared to death to trust another man with my heart, but don't want to be alone for the rest of my life either. anyone have any advice? I'm not bad looking, I work out to keep fit, short (5 ft) green eyes, blonde hair (with a little grey, which I tint) 126 lbs. so u think a guy might take a second look at me?

I am a pretty active guy. I run a lot and workout my arms, abs, and legs. I have recently gained about 5 pounds. I have not increased my food intake, and my metabolism is pretty fast. I know that it could be muslce, but I not sure. I just want to know if I should be worried about tumors.

Age group 45 v 50. From a mans understanding to a lady, please advise me....I met a 45 year old guy who seems to have a high but unusual sex drive and I believe not had a g'friend for a longtime (note its not helping that I am in meno.p..and off it somewhat anyway). However he is not content at having just 1 orgasm, so far he needs 3 and it takes too long, which Im hoping will wear off if we do stay together. However if I offer to help him by hand etc after intercourse, he seems to take for ever, I mean 20 mins to reach orgasm etc, and sometimes without being erect in the first place, so what is the point of having to reach orgasm like this, it seems a struggle, why not be happy at just one.
