lower left abdomen and left testicle pain..what could it be?

My boyfriend has had pains in his lower left abdomen and left testicle off and on for more than a year and a half, a few days ago, he said it started again, and now it is just constant pain and he can barely move . What could this be?

So many things can cause this that there is no way I can even begin to guess. Without an exam, and possibly some testing, there is no way to know for sure. I can tell you several things that it might be though:
infection
inguinal hernia
twisted testicle
injury

Please tell your boyfriend to go to his doctor for a formal diagnosis and treatment. There are many other things this can be but he needs to be examined.

flow to the medical doctors and get it checked. i replaced into watchign degrassi this different day and he had discomfort in his balls too. he had ball maximum cancers. yet idk, dont let your replaced into hoping flow down. its only a gamble. in basic terms get it checked by technique of a well-being practitioner
