Drink sodas and milk shakes all day
Eat cheeseburgers, french fries, pizza, cookies, Twinkies, pies, cakes, fried foods and lots and lots of Butter

Well, you could always eat unhealthily but... well, as that implies, it's quite unhealthy and unnatural for you. Try eating larger portions, perhaps, and more frequently. That way, you'll have an increased food intake which will expand your stomach. That sounds unhealthy, but it's healthier than eating chips & candy all day.

You should start working out and eat allot of protein, and dont forgert about your veggies, also try some supplements
