Almost certainly mate. Do some net research and or talk to your doctor. There's no harm in doing press-ups and such like, but leave the weights for a few years.

Yes weight training can. Cardio vascular health is a good pursuit before puberty, but don't try to make your muscles grow until your body is ready for that with the right hormone balance, or you can damage yourself and stunt your growth.

Nope weight lifting and exercise is good for your body , be sure to take care of your inner body to plenty of Calcium and nutrients to help develop strong bones and healthy muscle. It's better than playing video games all day drinking pop and eating junk food. You should also talk to your doctor about what your doing you are old enough to discuss this, your doctor may want to track your progress and advise you what more to do and what not to do.

No, you just want to take it easy. You can weight lift and do exercise routines. Just make sure you are doing more low impact to not add too much stress of your still forming joints. Ask your gym teacher about suggestions.

It is if you do it extensivly. Try to avoid pumping weights and wait until you stop growing (roughly 18).
You can still do alternatives like sit ups, push ups but nothing that involved straining your body.
