Maybe the smoking is causing plaque build-up in your veins, and you are getting lightheaded from lack of blood circulation. You need to go to a doctor and find out what is wrong for sure.

Sometimes when people standup and get dizzy they have what's called orthostatic hypotension, which is basically a drop in blood pressure when they stand up or making sudden positional changes. Find out what your blood pressure usually runs. You should let your doctor know what you've been experiencing. As for being hungry all the time, you just might just have a voracious appetitie, but if you notice that you're fatigued a lot or you have to urinate frequently or very thristy let your doctor know, because those are early signs of diabetes. You could be hypoglycemic, which means you get low blood sugar. I hope this helps.

I am not a doctor, so I cannot answer your question like they could. Nobody else could either. I dont know how old you are but if you are dizzy and a smoker, I dont think thats a good situation. Especially if you are not that young. Are you on any kind of medicine? high blood pressure meds? That will cause dizziness. Also, if you have allergy or sinus problems, that can cause dizziness. Water in your inner ear. Smoking cannot be helping that either. Hey, see a doctor and tell them everything. Dont put it off.

You could feel hungry when you haven't had a ciggarette in a while. If you work and haven't smoked for a couple hours you might feel the need to munch. On to the dizzy thing - how's your sugar?? Maybe the shot of nicotene from the ciggarettes make you dizzy. Sometimes if I haven't had a smoke for a couple hours that first one will make me light headed. I would say if you feel dizzy all the time you should contact your doctor!!!

Do you eat alot during dinner? If not then that may be the reason. Switch around from eating cereal in the morning to something like bacon and eggs, it should fill you up for a few hours. And ahaha with the stomach rumbling, whenever im in class right, like doing a test or something, it'll be dead quiet and suddenly my stomach will rumble and everything will just look at me, i think the rumbles just choose to happen when its quiet to make things awkward =P

I had the same problem (however, I don't smoke). I started taking vitamins with iron in them, it seems to be helping quite a bit.
I went to give blood, and I found out I was anemic. So, try some iron supplements.
