I was hoping that I could get some information from some men that already had the procedure done...anyway I had a bilateral vasectomy done 4 days ago, and I'm still in somewhat of pain currently, it does not really bother me much execpt when I am standing or moving, I realize this is probably normal but I'm somewhat curious as to how long I'm going to be weakened. My doc said about 7-10 days but I'd like to hear from some people that actually had the procedure done. The pain I'm still feeling is the feeling of when the surgon clamped my vas deferens tubes (honestly the worst pain I've ever had in my life, I'm somewhat resistant to the local anesthetic)...anyway the pain I feel now is enough to make me have to sit down for a while and I'm not even moving very much, an example would be just to grab a bag of chips or pour a glass of milk or something. I'm somewhat young if it helps, I'm currently 23. Any help would be appreciated.

Two days a week, swimming, two days a week, heavy lifting, for...a little less then 6 months. Can I get a six-pack and noticable biceps? I DON'T want to get skinny. Well see i was wondering if because i have my girlfriend um... "stimulate my prostate" and she sometimes can do it no so easy... and well if she does it to hard could it cause my prostate to swell..
