im on a gaining/ dirty bulking diet and it is hard to put on qall that weight w.o eating unhealthy foods. how much trans fat is ok for me to eat everyday. like 5 grams? 10 grams?

Trans fat is terrible, you really shouldnt even have one gram in a day. There are plenty of fatty foods out there that wont kill you... as fast! Butter, fatty meats, sweets even!

im not too sure how much is ok for you to eat, but it is really bad for you. Trans fats is the really nasty fat. If your looking to gain weight, try buying foods that arte high in all fats but trans fats. Trans fats shorten your life span. If you want to gain weight, im sure that you;d like to still be healthy afterwards. Im a small person too and I'd love to eat all the bad foods that I possibly could in order to gain weight, but I know that it will slow down my metabolism and I;ll end up fat and unhealthy. Eat lots and lots of good food. Whenever your hungry eat somethign. Try to avoid fast food. It fills you up for a longer time and you want to be hungry so that you can eat.

calories are calories, we try to avoid transfat because it builds up in the blood vessels.
