Unless you are 70s I don't recommend viagra.
There are other gentle & better ways to get your sexual
life back. Eat a lot of Garlic & onon(both clear the arteries , good for your heart and penis circulation) eat some Fava Beans(have special substances to increase an erection) Take some arginine pills(they increase blood flow in the penis) don't take too much of it or talk to your Doctor to avoid medication interactions.
Also remember that sex is a psychologic thing, if you are happy,
in a decent physical shape , and happy to see and be with your partner then sex will be better,

hmmm depends on what you mean by 'better'.
cialis stays in your system longer (36 hrs compared to 24 hrs for viagra)
