My brother and I are (brother) 6`0 and (myself) 5`1. He is 17 and I am 13. We would both like to grow taller. For some reason we want to be 6`4. Is there any way to grow taller naturally? Or is it just genetics?

No, there is no way to spurt your growth. It's all in your DNA. Ask your doctor how tall he or she thinks you will be at full height. They have ways of predicting.

i always wanted to be taller growing up so i was sure to stretch everyday (while i was taking a morning piss) straight up and see how close i could get my hands to the ceiling without lifting my heels off the ground. i though it would stretch my spine out. now im 6'5''(19 years old). but i dont know if that had anything to do with it, cuz my dads 6'3''.

Mostly genetics.

But there are ways to maximize your potential.

Eat healthy, stay away from coffee and avoid aggressive weightlifting until you reach your early twenties.

Just rub grease on your belly each day, but don't use Crisco because it's shortening.

Stop thinking about this. It's a waste of time and there's nothing you can do.
