You might try a warm mist humidifier. Sleeping on a pillow wedge or elevated on several pillows. Are your pillows filled with feathers? You could have an allergy to the feathers, I did, once i switched to a different type of pillow the night time congestion eased quite a bit Leaving the window open a bit to allow fresh air in the bedroom helped me.

Tye leaving a small window open if you sleep with the window closed. Even a small gap can make all the difference.

If you cannot sleep due to a blocked nose, try the following. Put a mall amount of vinegar in a cup , about two table spoons and heat it.
Put the cup to you nose and attempt to start sniffing the vapors. Take care not breath too deeply through your nose while doing this or it can be uncomfortable. This is a very effective method of clearing a blocked nose fast

Sit in front of a humidifier for 10-15 minutes right before you go to bed. Maybe even keep a humidifier on at night in your room.

With forced air furnaces going, I put a $29 cool mist humidifier from Walgreens in my son's room. He is really affected by the dry air in the winter in our house. I just wake up with rock hard boogers due to the dry heat. It works for him since he doesn't wake up with nosebleeds anymore.

Vapor from a produc like Vicks can help. They now make a product similar to room deodorizers that plugs in and gives off vapors all night.

Maybe there are some dust bunnies under your bed. Clean under your bed and see how you sleep. A humidifier is also a good solution, but you still need to get the dust bunnies cleaned up.
