well, since you asked how I would decrease the size of your head, I might tell you something insulting thereby decreasing your ego which decreases the size of your head mentally.

Try squeezing it for 10 minutes a day. If after 2 weeks that doesn't work, use a hammer a couple of times... If that doesn't work your screwed.
