OK this has been asked before Im sure but, I have been diagnosed with Tuberculosis and told to give up several things, alcohol/done, fat/spicy foods done, smoking ah now thats another matter I have managed to cut things down to about five a day, but I have tryed but allthoughI know Im doing alot of harm to my self and my chances of a quick recovery are slim, I know out there alot of people will say just stop, Ive tryed that my will power lasts about two or three days then the ciggies come out again. How the hell do I finaly kick this habit, its killing me literaly. Im a UK citizen living in China. HELP!
