Depends on how sensitive your skin is (down there!)....
Some lotions, (even Baby Lotion) can irritate the area.
You can even try a diper rash cream, (don't laugh), they even sell some creams for just "that purpose" ... 'Bikini Zone' or somethng like that. There's even a baby cream called "Butt Paste" ..(I said stop laughing!) LOL. That will work well also.
OR... You can stick with Baby Powder, or if you can get some Gold Bond Medicated Powder, that would be best... (This will actually act as a "healing agent" to the burning or itching skin and hair follicles)
Good Luck!

There is a product called "Bikini Zone" sold in the shaving section of drub stores. It's a creme, more or less odor free, that you apply to a freshly shaved area about 20 minutes after you shave, once it's had a chance to dry. You can do multiple applications if the itch remains, morning and night. That company also makes special shaving gel that lubricates the razor and helps relieve the bumps, and it doesn't lather up like shaving cream so you can see your private areas more clearly, and be less likely to nick a delicate bit.

Try using a womens blue Venus razor that smooths out the skin as it cuts. It's far better than your average mens twin blade which can do some real nasties to our nether regions!

Go to the shaving section of your local store and look for Tend Skin...it's probably in the ladies section with the supplies for shaving the "bikini" area....usually in a blue bottle.

any body lotion will do. It´s better if you find one that has aloe vera in it, since that´s very soothingm and refreshing. It will keep itching until the hair grows out, though. Good luck!
