An erection is the most obvious sign, but there are others.
1) Small amounts of seminal fluid or "pre-***" may be prsent.
2) Increased heartbeat.
3) Increased respiratory rate (breathing).
4) Warmer skin temperature and sweating.
5) Heightened sensitivity to touch.
These are usually triggered by the slow release of adrenaline and hormones.

If a guy is truly turned on he will have a hard on or his penis will be semi-hard or getting harded. If none of these things are occuring then he is not turned on
