Is it good for men to wear underwear while sleeping?

i prefer to be naked. my buddy and his to friends don't like being confined under pajamas and/or underwear.

I think it is preferable not to wear any underclothing. You have an underwear on most of the time when you are awake. Give the area some aeration at least during the time you sleep. It helps to dry out sweat, particularly when you have shaved your pubic hair.
If you feel so, you can wear loose cotton pyjamas; otherwise sleeping in the nude is most comfortable. Have a robe ready if you have to go out in an emergency.
Try out various options and settle for what you feel is comfortable, taking into account the situation where you sleep, the weather, etc.

Go with what you're comfortable with. I don't think it really makes any difference, really. I sleep in underwear sometimes--boxer briefs, boxers, whatever... sometimes not, and let it all hang out. If I'm staying over at work and have a roommate for the night, I always sleep with underwear on.

I occasionally sleep without them, feels quite relaxing and there's not pressure on your testicles, so i guess it seems logical to sleep without underwear. But I'm not aware of any scientific reasons.

Well, there is a great breeze. But you might get sick sometimes. the fact is that its great to sleep in your underwear during the summer.

If you are planning on having children, you should wear boxers. Other then that, it doesn't matter.
