i have so many problems right now in my life first of all i have a lot of bills to pay and alot of student loans, i feel betrayed by people, me and my girlfriend of two years broke up, i feel pressured by people to do things and i want to go back to college and pursue my dream of being a pharmacist but right now my life is so unbalanced i cant even think straight and all i do is cry at night and think about ways to end my life and i talk to my mom and ex girlfriend about all these things and i let them know that i love them both and me and my ex girlfriend are good friends now so it like i can tell her anything and the reason we broke up is because of all the stress in my life and all i did was get mad at her and yell and curse and i feel like dirt right now for doing that and its just all driving me crazy and im not even myself anymore Please give me some answers to what i should do and real answers please

I have a partner and he gets off after about 5 or 10 minutes. I, on the other hand, need a bit longer. I know all men are different, but is that usual? And, this happens every time. I tell him it's no big deal, because, I think it may be stress--he's trying too hard to do a good job and I do not want to put anymore pressure on him or hurt his feelings. Help me!

I have trouble rasing the Zoloft dosage to 25mg. My body reacts too sentitive if I take 25mg. I get anxious, nausiating, confused, etc.

Right now, I am taking 12.5mg.

I think the reason for the sensitivity is because I have taken 5-htp for quite a while before began taking the Zoloft.

I really want to raise my Zoloft dosage to 25mg, and then later, 100mg.

What should I do?
