It doesn't feel like an orgasm, because you are peeing!
When you are sexually aroused, lots of mental and chemical processes combine to cause an orgasm...these just aren't happening when you pee.

the tickling/tingling sensation is done by the prostate.
prostate does not have anything to do with urination.
