No. The height is determined by your genes however, a person may not reach his/her potential height because of other factors: lack of nutrients in food in early childhood, hormonal problems.

What you can find is sports that can affect your height, for example, if an 11 year old starts heavily practicing weight lifting, the strength of his own muscles won't let his bones grow properly.

What we have heard about basketball make kids grow is a myth, just like gymnastic people are short. The truth is that taller kids do much better in basket ball than short kids and short kids do much better in gymnastics than tall kids

I remember when I was a kid, kids used to hang from monkey bars thinking they would grow taller! (I was one of them!) It didn't work!
