Just a good balanced diet and moderation with junk food and alcohol. Exercise is really good for you too since it increases blood circulation etc.

PS There is a a human hormone that is sold as a dietary supplement called DHEA (dihydroepianrosterone). It is a precusor hormone to both estrogen and testosterone. It declines as we get older. It is cheap and in some people (mena and women) it seems to increase their sense of well being and enhance their sexual energy. This stuff is actually something that has a true human biological basis and could work. It is sold everywhere and can be found in health food stores and grocery stores in the vitamin section. It is not expensive...take as directed 25-100mg once a day in the AM. If it makes you feel bad in any way stop...duh Good Luck

i eat a variety of different colored veggies and fruit. i also add ground flax seed, bee pollen, take alpha lipoic acid, co enzyme q10, ginko. a baby aspirin, garlic pill, daily. i find this practice gives me plenty of energy for sex at least once per day. i also take a fast 30 minute walk 5 days/week. i'm 64.
