i'd go to confession (Catholic) and make amends with the ONE person who destroyed my life. but mostly, i would spend time with my family and friends, reliving the special times we spent together, saying our goodbyes, truly letting my love for each of them pour out so they actually feel it. i'd spend quiet time with God, talking out loud about my fears, worries, and concerns.
i'd plead with God to let me die in my sleep so that my friends/family wouldn't have to experience my death.
