First, Why would you need to wear them?
Second, If you are having a bladder problem that would cause you to, then I would highly suggest that you call your MD and/or see a specialist in the field of Urology.
Third, They do make the nice adult size underpants and diapers if you are having a temporary issue.
Fourth, I dont think that I would wear them all day for oder and comfort reasons. Your body needs to breath....you skin is your bodys biggest organ.
If it is just a fettish then.....mmmmmmmmmm, I would seek out counsel.

Yes,but it will affect your skin if you do it for a long time.I am talking weeks and months.
