I have a partner and he gets off after about 5 or 10 minutes. I, on the other hand, need a bit longer. I know all men are different, but is that usual? And, this happens every time. I tell him it's no big deal, because, I think it may be stress--he's trying too hard to do a good job and I do not want to put anymore pressure on him or hurt his feelings. Can you give me any more information or advice? Also, I am not sure if this maybe affects anything, but he has an extreme curve in his penis to the right side...could that have anything to do with it?

Five to Ten minutes is pretty normal for a first ejaculation. Try to get him up for round two and he should last longer the second time around and even longer the third time around. Try different positions, some may give him less stimulation and therefore allow him to last longer.
Foreplay, Foreplay and more Foreplay. If he is smart he will give you an orgasm before intercourse. This will make it easier for him to give you an orgasm during intercourse and take off some of the pressure to perform.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/R0aP8
Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

A lot of men have a curve or bend here or there, it's nothing to be worried about unless it causes problems or pain. Try lots of foreplay and making him ejaculate before you have sex. After the forplay, do some more and it will give you time to get warmed up too. When you actually do have sex he should last longer and you should be more ready for it too.

Its unlikely that the curve has any effect on his performance. 10 mins is good for some men ;).
But seriously...get him to concentrate on foreplay and do not let him enter you until you are getting close to orgasm. Then with a bit of luck you'll get there together.

Foreplay is key, try to get him to ejaculate ahead of time, therefore he will last a little longer when it comes time for intercourse.
Another thing you can do is to persuade him that he's doing a good job on oral. That way he can continue and get you that much closer to climax. So when it comes times to have the intercourse, you both will be that much closer to "come''.

webmd has a couple of forums that discuss this alot, people write in about sexual problems and such,
make out more, have him use his finger or tongue on you , introduce a toy, dont let him enter you until you are about ready to go

Ask him to masturbate when he is not with you and do it a lot ....it really helps...it will make him hold longer and it's also mental..he should control himself just before he wants to ejaculate and stop and wait a little and then continue that helps too.
