I have hair on my scrotum and some hair on my uppper lip. Im 12. And am i on the right track?
I started at 11.

awww hun, everyone develops at their own pace...but ya, don't worry about it your on the right track...most boys start puberty between 13-15...some earlier some later...not a big deal its the same with girls we all develop and start things at a different time...just let nature take its course

You are ahead of schedule for 12. To have some pubic hair is definately early. Your penis will grow and be longer than usual for the early teens but don't brag to much the other boys will catch up with you by 18 years of age. You should be masturbating regularly by know about 2 or 3 times a day for your age. It is okay and in fact healthy for you so definately do it. IT helps to prevent prostate cancer when you are old and it does a lot of other good things for you. Keep it private and personal and do it safely. Enjoy your developing manhood life is wonderful.

Don't get all excited about the facial hair... most men would love the option to skip shaving w/o growing a beard.
