I was told about four weeks ago that I have migraine - today I woke up with headrush, a dizzy feeling/distorted vision. Should I be concerned about this and see my doctor, or just take the medication he prescribed me?

I have chronic anxiety and depression problem. Not only to that, but also I have very frequent physical illness and sicknesses.
Also I have huge fatigue problem that are not solved for years.

I want to be healthy. I do not want to be weak anymore.

I see many friends and classmates around me, who are very healthy. I wonder how did they manage themselves to be like that.

Do you recommed anything? I do not mind reading long sentences, so please feel free to give me as much information possible.

Recently the tip of my penis has turned purple, my scrotum is red, and I am unable to pee. When I ejaculate however, this green stuff that looks like mucus comes out. A little while ago, I started losing my pubic hairs, like shedding. Now I have no pubic hairs, and something's wrong with my penis. It's starting to get really sore and whenever I touch it, it burns with pain that rips through my whole body. I will not go see a doctor, because I am not pulling out my penis for some dude.
