If one of your testes is larger than the other, then this can cause major problems in the areas of balance and stability. Having the extra weight on either side will more than likely cause you to lean more to the left or right during coitus. It may not be extremely noticeable, but due to the slippery nature of the vagina, there is definitely a risk of falling over and twisting your penis right off, resulting in a traumatizing situation for you, your partner, and everyone else involved (hospital staff, family, friends). I would recommend that you seek out a support group for men with singular enlarged testicle syndrome (SETS), and be sure to have a sit down talk with your partner and her both of her parents about it. SETS is a difficult situation to deal with, as there is no cure. But there are ways of avoiding situations where SETS may be a problem. A doctor would most likely recommend avoiding sex entirely, although I know how much of a burden this can be for a man, being one myself. Therefore I would recommend working with your partner to develop ways to enjoy sex without jeopardizing the health and safety of either one of you. Some things you might suggest when you bring it up are having sex against a wall (or another sturdy object to keep you propped up), or possibly wear a sort of harness.*
* Due to the growing nature of the problem, and the amount of research being done to alleviate the suffering of those afflicted with this condition, such harness devices are becoming more readily available on the market. Do not be ashamed to ask for such products at your local disability aids store, as they have likely recieved this request many times before you.
The best way to cope with this unfortunate condition is to talk to as many people as you can about it. You were right to ask this question on these boards, as there is a growing number of men suffering from this problem, and a small percentage actually discuss it with anyone due to its somewhat embarrassing nature, which puts both themselves and everyone around them at risk. Take this information and use it wisely. I hope it helps you and your partner in your long-time battle with SETS.
Good luck, and God Bless.

in normal male genders both testes are not equal in position; the left side of testes is somewhat downward in response of this our right kidney is somewhat upward;this is a normal condition and no effect on sexual life;but there are some disease like hydrocele; vericocele; testiculitis these can also create a such condition; you must visit to a general surgeon;

There's nothing wrong with your testicles - one larger than the
other. In fact, you have an advantage over other men. Your
larger testicle can contain more sperms than the normal and this
will increase your confidence and boost up your masculinity when you perform sex.

i do no longer pass around sharing my sexual orientation with each individual I meet, for this reason my sexual orientation would not possibly impression my daily existence. on the same time as i'm out to my kin, acquaintances, and human beings who understand me, i don't sense the ought to share with human beings except i want them to correctly known. basically some close co-workers understand that i'm a lesbian. i do in comparison to whilst human beings make a huge deal approximately it having to enable human beings understand that they are LGBT. on the same time as they may be proud and in simple terms attempting to instruct their satisfaction, flamboyance isn't perfect (for my area)

in nature it is quite common that everything is not bilaterally symmetrical, i.e both sides are not of equal size, every one has unequal sized testes, similar for females both the breasts are of slight unequal size, dont worry go ahead
