i'v been doing workouts for around two years,& i'v made real progress,i'v got some real good muscles now.what should be the normal frequency of masturbation?

Whenever you feel the desire, at least it is cheaper than taking
a girl out for dinner. Save your money and no, it will not do any
harm to your muscle formation, in fact it may help your forearms
but, in this case you would have to be ambidextrous, otherwise
one arm would develop more than the other!

to maintain proper muscle development equally in both arms I always recommend balance. To use one set of muscles and not another will make you develop mor ein one area than the other. Therefore it is essential to the development of equally muscular arm that you masturbate equally with each hand. I know this takes practice but believe me being able to switch hit is a good thing. Oh, and it matters not whethe ryou do it once or twice a week or twice a day, always make sure both arms get their share of exercise.

How the hell are YOU masturbating? Just be glad it's easier for you guys than it is for us women... there is no "normal frequency." I hope you don't expect to get horny at a certain time every day or every other day and create a schedule accordingly. You just do it when you want to. Do you think athletes don't have libidos? I'm sure it works out your arm more than ruining muscular growth...

Adolescence is a time of great change in boys, both physically and emotionally. Changes in your body are greater than at any other time in your life. Most boys have many questions about these changes and worry about what is normal and what to expect. Masturbation does not ruin the muscle.Though this is the misconception.The frequency varies from person to person.One of my friend said that he has done 7 times a day.But another does this once in a month or a year.this is your choice.but so much excessive should not be done.

you should masturbate as often as you feel like you need to or want to. The exceptions are that you shouldn't masturbate while your girlfriend is in the shower getting in the mood, and you shouldn't masturbate if you only have five minutes to catch that bus. Otherwise, just get on with it and ignore anyone who says your legs will fall off, your brain will leak out of your ears or you'll go to hell or any of that total and utter reality-free bollox.

The same applies to women of course, except for the shower part.

there is no as such study that masturbation effect on muscular growth;the frequency of masturbation depends on age ;person to person;area where you live; exposure to surroundings; there is no fixed normal frequency of masturbation
