Recently the tip of my penis has turned purple, my scrotum is red, and I am unable to pee. When I ejaculate however, this green stuff that looks like mucus comes out. A little while ago, I started losing my pubic hairs, like shedding. Now I have no pubic hairs, and something's wrong with my penis. It's starting to get really sore and whenever I touch it, it burns with pain that rips through my whole body. I will not go see a doctor, because I am not pulling out my penis for some dude. What if he tries to touch it? I have had sex with countless girls, but I am not going to have sex with a guy. No freaking way am I going to a hospital. Does anyone know an alternative for what I should do? It's starting to get really sore and whenever I touch it, it burns with pain that rips through my whole body.

Well, it sounds to me like you have an STD. If you don't see a doctor, your penis might not function properly, and by that I mean that you could be permanently damaged even if you manage to heal from it, doing so alone and having waited so long. You probably need an antibiotic to clear that up.

Just so you know, it would be unethical for a doctor to try to have sex with you. If I were you, I'd bite he bullet and go see a doctor as opposed to letting this disease rot my penis off. What's more important, not being seen by a dude, or having a functioning penis?

According to experts, penile discharge (yellow/green) is normally associated with some type of STD. It is an abnormal loss of fluid that is not associated with urine or semen. The common causes are gonococcal urethritis, non-gonococcal or non-specific urethritis (NSU) which is a type of STD causing inflammation of the urethra by pathogens. The most common and serious is chlamydia.

Green semens usually mean prostate infection or prostatitis. Common causes are recent urinary tract infection, STD such as gonorrhea and chlymadia, smoking, excess alcohol consumption.

It sounds like your scrotum and penis is severely inflammed and irritated resulting in the purplish/reddish color. Also, the loss of pubic hair is usually not associated with STD. The causes of the loss are usually associated with chemical dyes, dysfunction of the adrenal gland, or some type of underlying skin condition.

You need proper diagnosis and treatment for the exact cause of your problem.

I understand your discomfort in having your genitals assessed by a physician; nevertheless, the only treatment for your condition is probably antibiotics which is a physician-prescribed medication. If left untreated, there may be some serious effect in your reproductive/urinary system. Please visit your primary care doctor or urologist. Afterall, living with this discomfort is not worth saving your pride for.

with the symptoms you describe you have 2 choices
1. live with it until it kills you which it very well might in the not too distant future. Oh, and do not under any circumstances engage in any sexual activity with anyone unless you want to infect them as well.
2. be a man and go to the doctor and get it examined and treated so you can carry on living and enjoying life. Being reluctant to let a male doctor look at and examine your genitals is just plain stupid. And even thinking that your doctor is going to have sex with you is so far out in left field; no one who sees you with that infection is going to have sex with you least of all a doctor who is trained to examine male genitals and treat what ails them.

Ok so going to a doctor is out of the question you say. You might want to soak your penis in epsom salt.Avoid jacking off untill your penis starts to heal up some.Just pray that you will get better on your own.Seriously if you dont go to the doctor your penis will fall off

First of all, STOP having sex, esp with lots of girls, until you get your ding a ling checked out. I dont think having a doctor look at your penis is having sex with him.Since you are so afraid of male docs, maybe go see a female doctor. While you are at it, get teasted for AIDS and STDS. or maybe girls would be lucky enough to hear that it just fell off.

Guess what Dude, if your serious, and not just trying to get a reaction, out of people with this story. You had better be showing it to somebody, EVEN IF IT'S A DUDE. Sounds like you have a VERY SERIOUS INFECTION, AND YOU ARE ON THE VERGE OF LOSING THE PENIS.

If you won't go to a doctor then do nothing. In 2 or 3 days it should fall off all by itself.
