Men's Health - October 2006

At work (i am a teacher) i often speak to groups of 200 or more people and deal a lot with the public but I really hate going out meeting new people. I am married but rarely go out because i feel terrible in social situations. i feel i have nothing to say so say very little. I once saw something on the news about a condition in men that makes it difficult to cope with social situations. I am trying to find out more about it. Any help will be appreciated.

i drink every work night. Monday through Saturday. Sunday is my day off so I drink all day. I usually drink about 3 strong vodka drinks, 3 glasses of wine, and 2 glasses of cognac on the weekdays and Saturday. Sunday ill have drink probably double the amount since its my day off. I also smoke about a pack a day. Is this healthy?

im 5' and i weigh about 100-103 lbs i have lost lots of weight about 20lbs but i think im gaining it back i was 93 at the beggining of the school year and when i was fat i was 4'9'' and i was 117 lbs i realy don't wana be like this. im only 12 but i think i might have man boobs how do i know how they arent if they are what are some easy ways to make my chest tighter!!

i have this problem since may be 1 year i think....i get a small pricking pain on left side of chest ( as if some one is pricking me with a pin), when i swallow food...and the moment when the food is right between the chest the pain happens then it goes off..and that point of pain is some 2.5 - 3inches from my throat....what could be the cause of this pain...is this pain in my heart or some where else...it happens when i swallow solid food..it pains a bit more now days(no matter how much i chew it)....rarely i also do get a pricking pain on the left side of chest...i am 22, male
