That is really two different questions.
If you want to get a man horny all you have to do is start touching him. Find a friend you like and touch his hair if he likes that then give him a massage and then slowly work your way to his dick and soon you will find yourself just a little fuller in the lower extrimities than you usually are. Believe me if you are in the right setting most guys will not turn you down on your offer. I am still a virgin by choice and if I did not want to be this way I would have no problem with form of seduction at all. In fact I would really enjoy it if some girl would do it to me. You could always just ask him if he wants to have sex. I bet you would be suprised how many of your guy friends would say yes even if they do not think of you in the romantic sense. An old friend of mine always told me if someone is willing to give it someone will take it. How do you think so many fatties get knocked up. In reality us guys are just sex hungry slime buckets looking for a piece of *** no matter where it comes from. Some really sick guys don not mind doing it with there immediate family if it satifies the urge or need for release.
If you want to show a man that you really love him and that you respect yourself you will wait until you are both married to each other to partake in these activites anymore. If a man realy loves you he will wait if not he will go else where. Why give your most sacred and desirable part of your body away to every tom, dick and harry that walks down the street pardon the pun. I as a guy would not even consider marrying a woman that is not a virgin for three reasons. First if I am going to give you and only you something that no one else has ever had of me than why would I expect less of my wife. Second morally it is wrong God commands us not to do this. Thirdly I am afraid of the std i may get from a person who could not wait. If this person were raped I would probably make an exception assuming they are disease free. This was not there choice.

Seducing and Horny are 2 different things. Seducing sometimes does not lead to sex...Horny almost always does involve sex. Love does not need either of them. Making him horny and then not having sex with him is abusing his emotions...don't do that.

If you remember there was a very important man in the same situation once and a friend( Monica L.) did what you want to do without having sex. "I did not have sex with that woman." It worked for them. It may work for you.

That's mean to do to a man! If you love him, you don't go out of your way to turn him on like that, not if you want him to RESPECT you. That would be like if he said "let's go shopping. I'll buy you anything you want." and you pick out all sorts of expensive stuff and then you get to the register and he's like "Oh... I changed my mind" and then walks off and leaves you there. Men deserve respect just like women do and you shouldn't use sex like a game or a manipulative thing.

You ignore all of him, including those parts that can make life miserable for you, and concentrate on the area about halfway between his head and his feet. That may be the part that can make you feel good. BUT his head is what can make life awfully, awfully miserable by it's shenanigans.
