I have a bit of an acne problem right now. I have tried acnefree and clearisil but they only remove the bigger ones and the smaller ones still remain and are quite visible. I also have some acne scars. Can anyone reccomend acne removing techniques or creams? And treatment for acne scars?

Dr. Murad’s Acne Complex says that 3 simple steps, 2 times a day can reduce and clear your skin in 4 weeks. Seeing the popularity of Acne Complex one can understand that Acne Complex is certainly effective.

In the Acne Complex kit there are 3 items. A Clarifying Cleanser, an Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel and a Skin Perfecting Lotion. The direction of use is given in the Acne Complex kit. Otherwise you can learn it on the website of Acne Complex. You can even order Acne Complex from their website too.

If you have health insurance, go to the doctor. There are great treatments for acne now. Including laser treatments for reducing the severity of the scarring. The best thing to do is to wash your face with an oil free soap twice a day. I have always used Neutrogena. It smells kind of bad, but it works.

Acne arises a puberty, when the body dramatically increases its production of androgens (male sex hormones) These hormones stimulate the production of keratin (a type of protein) and sebum (an oily skin lubricant). If sebum is secreted faster than it can move through the pores, a blemish arises. The excess oil makes the pores sticky, allowing bacteria to become trapped inside.
The skin is the largest organ of the body. Drink a quart of water for every 50lbs of body weight you are. Keep the affected area as free of oil as possible. Shampoo your hair frequently. Use an all natural soap with sulfur that is designed for acne, available a health food stores. Over washing, vigorous scrubbing and repeated touching of the skin can make acne worse by over stimulation the glands causing them to produce excessive amounts of sebum
