I think it's in your genes to have chubby or fat face. Even if you
exercise a lot and eat less fatty food, your face will still be fat,
but your body will then be slim.
However, as you age or grow old, your wrinkles will show on
your face which you may not look fat then.

Every day when you wake up smile broadly in the mirror, then grimace just as far, do this fifteen to twenty times, you should not feel fatigued, then you're pushing yourself too hard. After this your breakfast should consist of only fruit and vegetable products, no meats or greasy foods, then repeat the above exercise after eating, for this you can use whoever is across from you at the table instead of a mirror, gage how well you are doing by their reaction, if your doing it right they should be shocked to slightly worried, if they are simply annoyed then you need to work harder. Continue this process throughout the day and you will achieve the gauntness of the dead, not altogether desirable, but definitely not a fat face!

Eat healthily and do not take in too much alcohol. Limit you calorie intake to about 2500 a day and exercise your whole body. Walking is a good way.Don't smoke as this helps to distort the face.

for starters smile alot it works out the musles and secondly try to watch what you eat becouse when you gain weight you gain it every where its just that it looks most obviuos on your face in your case for some its around the waist ,or butt and so on.

The fat goes where it wants to, there aint nothing you can do to change that! The only thing you can do is lose fat generally ie lose weight, and hope it comes off your face!

For a start... you should fall in love with someoone ... you must feel her / him all the time. You can eat as much as you want but you both will make sure you are having good time on the bed on regular basis. The result will be guranteed.
