way longer!! My highs make me feel like I can take on any task and I feel great about myself. My lows...Make me feel very deppressed, extremely forgetful, sick to my stomach, shaky, inadiquent, I cant seem to do anything right. I have lost many jobs due to this. I was diagnosed with add 2 yrs ago and dyslexia in 3rd grade. I no longer take meds for add because I felt it gave me phychological issues and it was just a bandaid. I have tried many natural herbs and vitamins. nothing with long time help. Any suggestions? Please serious answers only.

last year my immune system was really bad and i got throat infection after throat infection and then got a chest infection and numerous colds.
i dont want this to happen again this year, as i cannot afford to miss school as it is my GCSE year....i already feel as if i am coming down with something, I have a horrible cough that seems to be getting worse.
how can i meake sure that my immune system stays strong,
as right now I could be succeptible to more infections couldnt i?

Yesterday out of no where I heard little beats in my right ear..It goes away but then comes back after 2-4mins..It gets really annoying but its not like it hurts or anything coming out my ear and I want to know what this is and what I can do to make it stop..Please help.

my great grandma is at home and she is very poorly at the moment, but she really dosent want to go into hospital so all of us (her family) is rallying round to look after her

she is clean as we are being really careful to wash her and make sure she dosent get bed sores

but the only trouble we are having is to work out a way to wash her hair

please can you give me any tips for doing this as i am sure she will feel much better if we can do it for her

For many years, I have had dizzy spells in the mornings after showering or something. I get really lightheaded- cold sweat- and spotty vision... I have to lay down for 20 mins then I feel better.

I still have that sometimes. But also lately when I have been drinking (not much) and in a dark club or something, the same thing happens but of course worse. I will actually have spotty vision then blackout and cannot see anything for like 30 seconds. Then I sweat A LOT and feel lightheaded.

What could be the problem?

I'm forever putting on chapstick (different sorts), but my lips are always chapped. Does chapstick make lips more chapped sometimes, or does anybody have any ideas that may help me?

ok so its near 12:00AM and I just sniffed and then my head started hurting and my eyes watering. I think its a sinus infection. It hurts so bad and I feel like sleeping but i can't. I don't have any medicine and i can't go out and buy any cause everything is shut down. I feel like crap.. what do i do to fix this? I wanna play more video games!

Usually they make me wait 20 minutes. Why?? Yesterday, they told me to come back in 4 hours, and to come back the next day for the ointment! Why the heck does it take so long to put 3 pills in a bottle and slap a label on it? Does anyone know?

Hi, I started coughing on Wednesday (haven't been ill), and today I've been feeling worse, slight temperture and cough seems to have settled in my chest.

When I have a cold I blow my nose constantly. Sometimes, I blow and cough at the same time...it almost seems like a reflex. When I do this, a mass will come out. This isn't your normal mucous. It is round and can get as large in diameter as a dime. This usually only happen once or twice during each cold. And it's firm...almost spongy. Usually it is greenish-brown, but last night about half of it was bloody. What IS this thing?! I know it's gross...but if this happens to you or you know what it is, please let me know! :)

I was diagnosed with anemia about 8 months ago my hemoglobin was 10.2 since then i have taken iron pills and followed up with my doctor! As of last week my hemoglobin was 7.3 and i followed up with my doctor and she repeated my labs AGAIN! She said that she needed to investigate and she what the problem was..... I don't have heavy periods nor do i have blood in my stool i have been tested and it came back negative! I am worried about what could be wrong the past few weeks i have been very tired and lightheaded and very dizzy....i get so dizzy that my head starts to hurt and i feel like i am going to pass out! I have also had my sugar level tested and everthing is fine!
Does aanyone know if there is anything that i can do to help with my symptoms and give me more enegy and maybe some ways to get my hemoglobin levels up!! Thanks
Also i have two lumps one on the bottom of my abdomen and one on the back of my calf at the top! odd shaped!!
I am17 years old if this helps and a female!

Ok. For a week or two, I've been having problems using the bathroom. I would have the urge to use it, but then I would have a difficult time doing it. Then, little pieces of poop would come out, but it didn't neccessary look like poop. I don't know any other way to describe it.... and sometimes, I'm guessing it's blood that comes out. And when I wipe, it's a red-ish, moist type substance. Going to the doctor's about this problem is so embarrassing, so any suggestions on what it might be? before I go to the doctors?!

ok here it is...everytime i take these megaman vitamin pill i have to take a piss alot (like every 5 min) and the piss comes out neon yellow...im just wondering is my body cannot absord t all those vitamin or my body absorbs them quick or what the hell is going on....its really anoying when u got to tak a piss every 5 min...

When I drink alcohol, I do not start to feel nausea. Instead I I start to get chest pain. After even one drink, my chest will start to feel really tight. It feels like someone is squeezing my chest so hard that it hurts a little to breathe. I dont drink very often (only about once every 3-4 months) and I usually drink the fruity/girly drinks like a sex on the beach or a singapore sling. Sometimes I can get two drinks in but sometimes I cant even finish one without feeling pain. If I stop drinking, the pain will go away in about 30-45 mins. Is this normal? Is it something I should be worried about?

my boyfriend snores so badly can not be in the same room with him....he has tried breathe right stips and throat spray neither seem to work.....help , any ideas how to help this situation so we can sleep together through the whole night...I have tried ear plugs, but then I have a hard time sleeping due to no sound at all and can not hear alarm.....any help or idea are so apprciated....thank you
