I have sciatic nerve pain and the only thing that relieves the pain is deep tissue massage therapy. I have went through blocks and they don't work. I find that a chiropractor or doctor of acupuncture can be of great help. But my number one recommendation is a deep tissue massage.

PT has been completed? Does that mean you recovered but had a reoccurance? The focus of PT should always be to show someone how to manage their problem with the appropriate exercises, as it is the nature of this problem to return...no matter what treatment is used. Therefore, PT is never really "completed." If you stop the exercises and posture correction, the problem is most likely to return. Furthermore, it's might be good to get a different opinion from another PT as well. Many people are quick to get another opinion from an MD, but no one ever thinks of getting another PT opinion.
I often recommend the mechanical diagnosis and therapy approach. This treatment frequently helps when all other PT treatments have failed. I suggest going to: http://www.mckenziemdt.org
Other options do include chiropractic, spinal decompression, surgical procedures or even less invasive procedures such as percutaneous disc decompression (although I've seen mixed results on this one).
In short, there is no one method that works for everyone...within and beyond the scope of PT

Find a chiropractor that will do hands on physical medicine along with adjustments to the spine. Usual regimen for you would be massage therapy, ice or heat, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and joint manipulation to help restore motion in the joints. Try that for 6-12 sessions and then go back to your orthopedic doctor that did the injections for a follow up. Also, if you recently received injections, it sometimes takes a little while to take full effect.

try a chiropractor for 2 weeks. if that doesn't help, considering all the other things you have done the other option is surgery and that is a 50/50 proposition
