Any member of my crew who visits "10 forward" every night for a drink, must have a problem. I will advise to see Counselor Deanna Troi for an evaluation.

The American Heart Association recommends 2 drinks per day for heart health. I believe if you are drinking for the purpose of falling asleep, than yes, you are an alcoholic...if you *NEED* it to fall asleep. So make your own judgement. If you think you have a problem...you just might. Answer the questions below...this is a CAGE question form, used in medicine.

It depends on how heavily you drink. If it's just a small amount then that's perfectly fine because the alcohol helps calm your body down and helps you relax.
If you need to drink copious amounts then you may have a problem and it would be a good idea to talk to a doctor about it.

It depends on how much you drink. If you have one or two glasses of wine for example it's fine.

If you can't go to sleep without it, it sounds like a problem to me. Like someone who's addicted to sleeping meds.
But whether or not its bad for your health depends on how much.
