May seem like a stupid question, but suppose you do get your eight hours of sleep and you have to study for about 5 hours after class has finished say for a really difficult course like an advanced bilogy course. How can I stop fatigue from entering and ruining my study time. I can't seem to study while I am fatigued. It doesnt seem fair to me that I cannot push myself beyond my physical limits when the ones who can, get better grades.

I personally dont get eight hours of sleep, not due to studying though.

If I got eigt hours of sleep, would studying for 5 hours be possible without the onset of fatigue.

kinda all over my back, neck, shoulders, and kinda stomach and sides. I haven't slept much in the past few weeks, and suddenly in the past two days I've begun to sleep for 10 hours at a time, very soundly. And now I have these aches, and the weirdest thing is that up by my ribs, it hurts to even rub there. Could this just be because I've slept so soundly and the stiffness is radiating forward, or is it something else. And if it is, what could it be?

My Girlfriend will be having an operation soon (Hernia) where she won't be able to walk for awhile. How is she going to get pain medication (or any medication) filled at the pharmacy if she obviously can't drive there (or walk) to get it?

How do we do this?

Hi. I recently had a EP (Evoked Potential) test and my test results says "no reproducible response is obtained from tibial nerve stimulation, though there is adequate toe twitch. The etiology of this response is uncertain, with possbilities being either 'peripheral nerve, polyradiculopathy or myelopathy.

What does that mean? If any one knows, any info would be appreciated :) thanks! :D

I constantly bite my fingernails. I have tried to stop but it seems like every time they start to grow out, I bite them again. What can I do to stop without buying stuff or putting something like hot sauce on them? It is now to the point that sometimes I go too far back and they start to bleed. I really need serious answers!!!!!

I was wondering if the "blood brother/sister" thing can cause health complications; besides HIV, is there a medical reason not to do that? ( I am advising young children, and I could not find a real answer).
