Ok, so my mom ate some shrimp last night that she had in the freezer for quite a long time, my mom, my stepdad and I all ate some but my mom got really sick last night and had really bad cramps and nausea and diarrhea. She has had a lot of blood in her stool. What do you think is wrong, because no one else is sick who ate the shrimp? She has been bleeding alot when she goes the bathroom and I am just curious if anyone would know what to do or what is wrong. They dont really want to go the doctor because they dont have insurance at the moment but will go if really necessary. Please help me!

I remember reading somewhere that if you use acne medication that you should not go out in the sun. I am currently going to a tanning bed a few times a week, so I was wondering what would be the best thing to do?

Should I use the medication at night, and then if I am going tanning a certain day, just not use the medication that morning?

Thanks, and btw its called acne free, its like proactiv but its a walmart brand. X_X

Like with most drugs, I'm thinking "no". Lately, I've been taking 1-2 of those little blue tabs to get to sleep at night. I've noticed I have to take more to feel the effect and also take with alcohol. Plus, they seem to take on hours after I take them and then last into the morning when I don't want to be sleepy. How much risk is involved here? I'm currently about 220 lbs 5'7", no not all fat :) reasonable shape otherwise. Is there a better alternative? I don't take any other drugs, but I do drink occasionally. TIA for any help!

Anxiety. Can you get it everyday at the same time?I wake Im usually tired .. I get up and get going and feeling ok and then after breakfast I go things around the house..After about three oclock I get a general feeling of uneasiness..like something doesn't feel just right ..I have been feeling better but going in and out of the cold for a few days. My ears feel stopped up and constantly hear what sounds to be my heart in my ears,I have been told this is a benign condition ,I get around doing things and seem to get a little out of breath which in turn perhaps it makes me anxious and then I feel weak with a general uneasiness about myself ,a feeling of being kind of shakey not quite steady.I usually lie around for awhile and then off and on I feel ok and then later in the evening although the weakness seems to pass i still feel that something just is a miss..Could this all be anxiety causing itself or could I be ill and not know it or could it just be use of body when not used to it?

I sleep with earplugs, my door closed, and blankets over my head. But any little noise I hear bothers me sooo much. The fridge is in the next room, but somehow I can still hear the vibration or something.

HELP!!!

In other words it is two tier by stealth. The NHS is a "patch them up and send them home" plaster service where only the cheap treatment is given and minor ? ailments like hip replacements, varicose veins, popeye thryroid, rheumatism, ingrowing toenails, dental crowns, etc are not treatable on cost grounds. You have to go private or wait until it gets more serious and a hosiptal bed is vacant.

I noticed on the bill that I received from my sons Dr. that she charges a fee for injecting the shot ALONG with the fee for the immunization itself. The fee for poking him with the needle is $30.00 for one kind of immunization injection and $20.00 each for the other 2 injections. These injections were normal immunizations for his 15 month check-up. Is this fee a normal fee or am I getting ripped off? The doctor doesn't even give the dang shot, the nurse does!!

My sister is 11 years old, and recently she has been feeling very ill and different. She has been getting headaches almost everyday, stomach aches, diarrhea, crying a lot, and she has this feeling where it feels like she can't get enough oxygen. She does not have a fever, and it is not the flu or a cold.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be?
Hormones changing? a condition? a disease? anything?

I got a new job and switched Health insurance. A few weeks into my new job I had an appendectomy, and the Health insurance company is stating I "maxed out" for the year, which leaves me with a $4900 bill. Is there any why I can keep from paying the excess amount?

I haven't told her - as she hates needles. Always screams & fights out.

Can i sit her on my lap - so i can comfort her ? Also will be able to hold her still ?

How can i make it easier for her ? She reacts very badly to -needles.
