Food poisoning is possible, but not very likely.
Frozen Shrimp can be kept for a long time and still be edible. If the rest of the people ate the same shrimp then it was not food poisoning.
I am afraid that your mother needs to see a doctor. Blood in the stool is not uncommon, but to find enough to notice it is uncommon. I would give her a day or two first, she might recover first. If she doesn't get over it in a few days then the she could be suffering something serious. In the meantime, give her plenty of fluids, control her temperature with something like Tylenol (do NOT use aspirin because it promotes bleeding), and let her rest. It could be a serious stomach flu, so wait for that to clear up.
The problem doesn't sound that serious right now, but I am not a doctors I know something like this can happen with the stomach flu so give her time to get over it before seeing a doctor, but only 1-3 days.

Food poisoning occurs within 4 hours of eating the contaminated food.
The fact that no one got sick except your mother probably indicates that it was something else that caused her illness. It was more than likely that the blood in the stool was a coincidence.
Blood in the stool should always be checked. It could be from hemorrhoids, an anal fissure, intestinal polyps, stomach or intestinal ulcerations. It could be cancer. The point is that it is better to have it checked.
Your mother can find out if she qualifies for any type of state or federal assistance.
Good luck.

She needs to go the doctor. And it's probably not the shrimp. For one thing, food doesn't move through the intestines that fast. She got sick the same night and had bloody diarrhea. She must've had an infection present long before. You don't play games with "bloody" diarrhea. It requires immediate medical attention, such as going to the emergency room. People can die from Colitis and related problems, and when people wait too long, it may be too late for the antibiotics to work.

Sweetie, this could potentially be a much more serious problem. I am not a doctor but I studied food poisoning in several classes in college and I don't recall any blood in the stool in any cases.
She needs to go to the ER.
They won't refuse her. If not, have her at least call her doctor and do a phone consult.

achieveable??? you would possibly want to get in fairly a lot any habit you pick. For this, all you may do is commence with some thing semi pretty spiced that tastes gently warm and then once you artwork your way up, you'll like pretty spiced food without project! it honestly relies upon on once you're a baby or human being too. i love pretty spiced food now and couldn't even imagine liking it lower back even as i turned right into a baby

Although it's possible for only one person to have a reaction to "bad" food, it's not likely. She has some sort of internal bleeding - probably gastro-intestinal.....this is serious. Go to an ER and pay in bits and pieces later....that blood loss could be fatal. Please go get her and run, do not walk, to the hospital. God bless.
