OMG. You'd better see your doctor immediately or go to the Emergency. You don't want to get a stroke and die, do you? If the stroke doesn't kill you, you'll be paralized, brain damaged, or permanently disabled all your life, and that would be worse. My mother had a stroke two years ago. Her left side is paralized and has dementia. She is now in a nursing home. Please seek medical help immediately.

this number is very very high!! the average is around 180/70 . you are in great danger if you do not change your eating and exercise routines. check with your doctor and they may be able to recommend some ways for you to lower your blood pressure.

Yes! That is far too high. You need to watch your diet, exercise and stress level! Have you thought about going on medications to get this down, too? You need to talk to your doctor about what you need to do to change this. It's not healthy in the least!

Since 120/80 is normal, you are in bad shape dude, I recommend you go to the emergency room stat!!

yes... the norm ranges from 120/80-130/90.. .. If it stays that high.. it could lead to problems... be sure to get checked out...
