Sometimes its that bad that it makes me cry. I can actually see the spark!! Is it me? Is there anything I can do.

Please no idiot obvious anwsers, if you dont really know please leave it to those who know. I had a bowel resection and 2 pregnancies and a tummy tuck is my only option, I really would like if insurance could help with some of the cost, what are things that could help in my letter of medical necessity.

I've had the worst tension headaches for over a year now. The worst part of them are the forehead muscle contractions (yes, tension headaches often include this-----it's often called "the muscle contraction headache"). They are so annoying. Does anyone know anything about the muscle contractions? I can't find much on them and I want so badly to get rid of them. The tension headache pills don't work because they don't help the contractions. Has anyone ever found anything on what causes them? I've read things about stress causing them, but I don't have any more stress than I did years before they started. I do know one thing....they started exactly one year ago after I went to a new eye doctor. Does anyone know if "eye problems" could cause tension headaches/muscle contractions? It's odd that they started right after I went to him and he changed my prescription (by a lot actually). Any ideas or help?

Does anyone know exactly what medical information is passed from my doctor to my insurance company? If I admitted to doing recreational drugs will that specific information be reported to the health insurance company? Does the insurance company know if I go to the doctor for pain in my eye or pain in my foot? What does the doctor tell the insurance? I've always wondered about the codes and so forth.

I realised that people have been telling me I look tired or vexed, Just the other day I meet some old friends, they were going about how good I look, but why I look so tired?, the thing is I didnt, sometimes people look at me and say wow she pissed and I dont feel angry really and its bothering me because countless people have been telling me this when I dont feel any of these things, I mean at first I thought it was because I never use to wear my glasses so you know, your constantly straining to see so it gives you that angry look, but I have been wearing contacts for a long time now, and I am wondering if it is something else, maybe now its more pronounced because I am going through a difficult time in my life but at the same time, when I feel ok, why is it I still look like that?

It seems a pointless exercise, you place your dirty hands on the tap to turn it on and then after washing your hands you place your clean hands back on the tap, that has the germs from your hands before you washed then, to turn it off . Surely some of those germs are then back on your hands?
