every time my fingers get cold the blood cuts out and my fingers turn all white and it feels awful. Or when i smoked they would do the same thing so i fix that by sticking my fingers under very hot water and it doesn't even hurt it feels good actually..But the question is why do my fingers turn white when i smoke or get cold?? i quit smoking actually b-cus of this..anyone help would be great!

Poor blood circulation is right. It may be a signal of diabetic tendencies too. Get it checked. Regular exercise should help.

Congrats for stopping the weed! Perhaps it is Raynauds but you should check it out! Hot water is no good. Can cause more problems. Try keeping your wrists warm but not hot!

go to a doctor and ask him/her and its good you quit smoking
